Things to try
- If your home internet runs over the nbn, check the nbn network status page for your address as well as your provider’s page.
- Restart your phone or toggle flight mode to reconnect to the mobile network.
- Try another device or network (for example, mobile data instead of Wi-Fi). If it works there, the problem may be your connection, not the service.
- Restart the app, or close and reopen the browser tab.
- Check for an app or system update.
- Restart your modem or router: turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
