Statuses are estimates
- Official information comes from providers that publish a machine-readable feed. It can be delayed or incomplete, and we show when we last retrieved it.
- Automated checks only test whether a homepage answers, from one server in Sydney. Sign-in, payments, apps, mobile and broadband can fail while a homepage loads, and some sites ignore automated checks.
- Community reports are unverified and depend on who visits the site. They’re never treated as proof of an outage.
“No problems reported right now” means we have no evidence of a problem. It doesn’t guarantee a service is working for you. Always check with your provider before relying on it.
Speed test results
The speed test measures your connection to Cloudflare’s network at that moment. Results depend on your device, Wi-Fi, other people using your connection and the time of day, and aren’t a measurement of your plan by your provider.
Advertising
The site shows ads from Google AdSense to cover running costs. Ads are labelled and kept separate from status information. Advertisers have no influence over any status, report or guide.
