Things to try
- nbn sells to providers, not households. Contact your internet provider to lodge a fault.
- Check the lights on your nbn connection box and note which are off or red before calling your provider.
- Try another device or network (for example, mobile data instead of Wi-Fi). If it works there, the problem may be your connection, not the service.
- Restart the app, or close and reopen the browser tab.
- Check for an app or system update.
- Restart your modem or router: turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
